Is a task that you have just created not appearing in your work view?
This can happen for 2 reasons:
- Can you see a blue message on the bottom of your screen?If this is the case, you do not see the task because filters have been enabled. Indeed, an active filter, must prevent the display of the task, which does not correspond to the requested criteria. To fix this, you can modify the display filters (icon located in the top right corner, under the user drop-down menu).
- If you clicked anywhere outside of the text field before actually creating the task (by clicking on the “+” button or by hitting the “Enter” key on your keyboard), the task hasn’t been created and thus won’t show.
