Create your first smart-tag
In the Contacts section, go to the Smart-tags tab. Choose a name for your smart-tag and add members. It’s that simple!
You can create as many smart-tags as you want and each member can belong to more than one smart-tag.
You can gather members by competence, by location, by job title …

Use your smart-tags
Find your smart-tag in different places in Beesbusy:
- The smart-tags created are included in the filters allowing you to customize the display of your views.
- You can use smart-tags to create indicators in the customized dashboard.
- In the settings of a project, you can add all the members of a group to the project by clicking on the dedicated field and switching between members and smart-tags.
- In the Who tab of a task details panel, assign the task to all members of a smart-tag by clicking on the dedicated field and switching between members and smart-tags.
- Display the profile of a member to manage the smart-tags to which they belong.
